From the first entrepreneurial idea of the founder Nereo Marzaro to today, the company has constantly evolved thanks to a modern and efficient internal organisation and a team of excellence that works to ensure that Sirman products, entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, are present in over 600 points of sale in the domestic market and in 126 countries in the rest of the world.

Today the company is recognized as a leader in the industry thanks to a wide range of equipment, characterized by the perfect combination of technology and reliability, innovative design and functionality, designed to meet the needs of restaurants, bars, pizzerias, butcher shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, laboratories and food industries in the best possible way.

An excellent result obtained thanks to the brilliant intuitions of the technicians and designers who, in laboratories equipped with the most advanced technologies, are engaged every day in the research and development of effective and innovative solutions to enrich the already very wide range of Sirman products.

An R&D technical office of 12 people, with 8 three-dimensional solid modelling stations, manages all the study and design phases of every machine that leaves its production facilities.

At the same time, the sales force carries out incessant market research to identify new trends and stay in tune with customers' real needs.

The latest investments also show that Sirman relies more on in-house production than on relocating production abroad.

The shipping warehouse has 9 loading bays and handles everything from quality control to packaging and shipping of more than 105,000 machines a year, plus approximately 130,000 accessories.

2017 saw the start-up of the eighth automatic double-table machining centre and the new robotic cleaning system with 2 anthropomorphous machines that absorb 98% of the hard and demanding work.

However, another step forward for the company towards better work organisation and greater efficiency is the new robotized warehouse, serving production and with a capacity of 2650 pallets, fully integrated with the company ERP system and distributing components to the various assembly islands: a unique system in the sector to speed up internal production and make it even more flexible.
