Differences between resellers and end customers
Before going into detail, it is important to remember that access to technical support is provided through different channels for resellers and end customers .
If you are an end customer , technical assistance is available through the retailer where you purchased the machine.
Technical support for resellers
Sirman offers various customer support channels for resellers. On our contact page, you can find a dedicated phone number for any inquiries, including technical support.
If you prefer, you can use the contact form on the same page to send your request directly from the website.
For companies located outside the USA , there are different channels. If your business is in Brazil or China , you can contact your local Sirman office directly. For any other location, we recommend using the contact form or addressing the Italian headquarters .
How to find original spare parts for Sirman products
If you are a reseller and need an original spare part for one of your customers, you can order it by accessing our dedicated page with your credentials.
The process is simple: once you have logged in to the site , just scan the appliance’s barcode or enter the machine's serial number . You will be guided through a quick and intuitive procedure to choose the right item.
At minimum, all of our machines are covered by a 10-year warranty , which includes technical assistance, with a state-of-the-art automated spare parts warehouse . Here we store 36,000 spare parts , ensuring a rapid response to all requests.
